Orders in the Control Plane

Orders is the canonical operational queue for the selected workspace. Every order shown is tenant-scoped, and the Partner API operates on the same records — there is no second order store.

An order carries a lifecycle state and, where applicable, specimen and result detail states plus exceptions that need operational attention.
