Network testing discovery, packages & price visibility
Use published discovery safely while keeping Program orders, package requests and future send-out distinct.

Discoverable is not orderable
Existing Network Catalog and Laboratories screens admit only canonical Core-published inventory. They offer discovery and request access, not direct network ordering. Categories come only from an exactly matching published health_category; free-text names and unreviewed suggestions do not create reviewed coverage.
- Reviewed published categories may include wellness, cardiometabolic, hormones, thyroid, nutrition, inflammation, infectious disease and home collection. Category membership grants no clinical equivalence or authorization.
- A future/nonorderable capability may appear only if separately authorized for public discovery; imported future/Live source status never publishes it.
- Unknown geography, specimen or collection serviceability remains unknown/nonorderable. Laboratory listing, paid readiness and item eligibility are separate facts.
Three distinct buyer paths
- Order an existing approved Program test/panel only through current canonical server authorization; public discovery alone cannot order.
- Compose a buyer package only from already-authorized laboratory orderables. This grouping is not a new LIS native panel; same codes from different labs retain full tenant/lab/code identity.
- Request a new panel/capability for laboratory review through existing saved draft/review workflows. A request is non-executable and cannot create a native orderable.
Confidential pricing and supply
A network Program sees cross-lab supply only with exact active trusted per-lab grants. Public viewers receive only explicitly authorized public-safe published network price. Private network pricing is Quote required; DTC consumer price, laboratory-native cost, contracted Program price and network terms cannot substitute for public network price.
Paused/revoked Program, inactive/future/unreviewed offering, unknown serviceability, wrong tenant or missing published offering authorization fails closed for eligibility and price projections. Explicit lab-owner or buyer contracted-price visibility requires verified scope. Payment/subscription and Production gates remain independent.
Important
The U12/U14 projections are read-only source contracts, not a standalone ordering authority or new marketplace. Missing collection/provider/kit fees must not be presented as a complete total.
Reference/send-out compatibility only
Future R1 describes an originating/sending laboratory and separately approved performing laboratory using laboratory organization identity, source/destination native codes, versioned mapping, specimen/accession chain and distinct relationship/commercial scope. A consumer-health account is not a reference laboratory.
Important
ULC reference/send-out R1 remains ALWAYS disabled (distinct from the historical CA infrastructure milestone R1). Blank codes/specimen, wrong performer or missing provenance/bilateral authority returns BLOCKED; even a fully described record returns REFERENCE_NOT_ENABLED. No routing, bilateral invite, courier, settlement or send-out execution is granted.
