Results appear only once released. Authorization for a result is identical to authorization for its order: the same key, client and program.

Only authorized released revisions

Released revisions remain the source for Partner GET under current buyer/Program scope. Separate non-Nexus disposable tests prove FINAL then CORRECTED with staff release; they do not certify candidate Nexus finality. Unknown vendor status remains pending/unreleased.

Reference laboratory engineering boundary

Reference/send-out is source-only and unavailable in Sandbox or Production. Existing integration, buyer, publication and clinical authorities remain unchanged; a directory listing or relationship never authorizes a referral.
