Recorded activity

Integration and webhook deliveries are logged with their outcome.
Commercial and activation actions are recorded as billing and activation activity.
Operational state transitions are represented as canonical events rather than reconstructed from screens.
Every Partner API response carries a request_id that correlates the call with platform records.
Result versions keep provenance, and superseded versions are retained rather than overwritten.
