Quickstart

The shortest path from a new workspace to a first order and a released result.

In the Control Plane

  1. Laboratory — create the account and workspace, then complete the laboratory profile and testing capability.
  2. Catalog & Program — add orderable tests or panels, map laboratory codes and configure the first diagnostic Program.
  3. Fulfillment — configure collection models, service geography and serviceable locations.
  4. Test your setup — use synthetic Sandbox data to rehearse serviceability, ordering, specimen and result behavior.
  5. Connect your laboratory — choose HTTPS/JSON or request a managed HL7 v2, FHIR or SFTP/file integration, then validate the connection.
  6. Production readiness — satisfy commercial and technical evidence, complete review where required, and activate only when every server-derived gate passes.

Activation preserves the completed six-step journey in the companion Sandbox, creates the live Production workspace and promotes the eligible Program into an active, enabled Production Program. Production Partner API setup then becomes a separate post-live workflow.

For a partner integration

  1. Create Production integration
  2. Grant Production Program access
  3. Issue Production API key
  4. Configure webhook
  5. Verify the key against the health endpoint, then read programs and catalog.
  6. Create an order with an idempotency key, then read released results.
