Existing Laboratory Portal

Use Existing Laboratory Portal mode when the laboratory already gives patients result access through its own portal, or when patient result access is needed today — the Solia Patient Portal does not yet support real-laboratory patient sign-in.

• Select the mode in Experience and enter the portal address.
• The address must be a validated HTTPS URL; other schemes are refused.
• The storefront directs patients to that address for results.

The laboratory's portal is responsible for patient authentication and result presentation. Solia does not authenticate patients into it or pass results through it; the canonical Results record and the Partner API are unchanged.
