Orders, results and identity

Program-scoped operational evidence and the subject identity chain.

Orders and attention

  • Orders are Program-scoped and environment-scoped; the workspace shows the latest 100 with filters.
  • Open exceptions (redraw/recollection, rejection, delay, unmatched, cancellation) and critical-result communication evidence appear only where canonical records exist.
  • Synthetic Sandbox orders and results never appear as Production operations.

Results

Released results show normalized observations and provenance. Solia does not interpret results; the performing laboratory remains the clinical authority.

Identity chain

text
external subject → partner subject link → order → specimen → laboratory accession → result

External subject references stay opaque. Sponsors never gain access to laboratory-wide patients.
