• A real performing supplier is valid for Production.
• Catalog and mappings are usable; collection and serviceability are configured; clinical requirements resolve.
• An API client and Program grant exist.
• Sandbox integration evidence exists where required; webhooks are configured where required.
• A Production credential exists only through governed issuance.
• Security and activation approval are satisfied.

Each requirement is labelled Ready, Needs action, or Waiting on laboratory, Solia or Health Company — only when evidence supports it.
