Collection

Collection configuration determines how and where a specimen can be collected for an offering, and it drives the serviceability answer partners receive before ordering.

Only active locations inside the service geography of the programs a key is granted are exposed externally, and internal operational detail such as street address and telephone is not returned to partners.

Reference/send-out is source-only and unavailable in Sandbox or Production. Existing integration, buyer, publication and clinical authorities remain unchanged; a directory listing or relationship never authorizes a referral.
