Patient Portal

The Patient Portal is a standalone portal shell delivered by the consumer runtime alongside the Standard DTC Storefront. It presents released results from the canonical Results record, with their version and provenance; it never holds a separate result copy.

Staff authentication for the Control Plane and patient authentication for the portal are separate authorities. A staff session never grants patient access, and patient access never grants workspace access.

• Solia Patient Portal — results are presented in the portal once patient access is available.
• Existing Laboratory Portal — patients are directed to the laboratory's own portal at a validated HTTPS address; this mode remains fully supported.

• Patient sign-in, session and account recovery for real laboratories are not yet available to the consumer runtime. Real-laboratory patient access fails closed until that authority exists.
• Order history, results trends across comparable analytes and governed report download are not yet available.
• The reference demonstration portal uses isolated sample behavior and is not Production patient authentication.
